*BOOK STORE OPERATION MANAGER*

Responsibilities:

Responsible for store planning, organizing and leading the bookstore business operations. Manage the book store merchandising, manpower, procurement, inventory, replenishment, budgeting, forecasting, promotion and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Accountable for attaining, sustaining and exceeding sales and revenues targets. Review financial and sales and sales performance to measure productivity; establish and implement policies to reduce cost and increase efficiency. Lead book store strategic programs and communication in a consistent and timely manner to all levels in the organization, including its customers and suppliers. Responsible for the achievement of sales and EBIT target of the store including proper maintenance of merchandise based on standards and merchandise display in the store at all times. Monitor staff performance and provides metrics to support business objectives. Resolve book store operational issues involving people, processes and other resources.

Ø A bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Management, Marketing or any related courses.

Ø Minimum of twelve (12) years experience, in which minimum of five (5) years is in managerial capacity in a book store industry with a proven track record in retail management, customer service and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Ø Ability to lead a team, highly organized, systematic, with sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit to seek and maximize business opportunities and growth.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Library Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in BRUNEI DARUSSALAM.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
* 4 Full-Time and Contract position available.

*TEXTILE STORE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR*
*BOOK STORE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR*
*GOLDSMITH and JEWELRY STORE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR*

Responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling customer service operations and functions in the assigned branch in the textile/bookstore/goldsmith and jewelry department. Optimize textile/bookstore/goldsmith store layout, product display and maximize store promotions.

Responsible for the achievement of sales and EBIT target of the textile/book store/ goldsmith and jewelry store including proper maintenance of merchandise based on standards and merchandise display in the store at all times. Responsible for building and enhancing customer relationships. Resolves customer issues and complaints with the direct assistance of the Cashier. As well as promotes value added services. Provides exceptional service to customers, build relationships with them and assists in all areas of the store overall operationally. Customer handling, job order preparation and service operation related matter. Directly manage the overall operation on the sales floor, including leading and helping the sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction with the assistance of the Cashier. Ensures correctness of prices of displayed merchandise and proper maintenance and safety of the store and ensures smooth operation in the textile/bookstore/goldsmith and jewelry selling are and co- supervises the end of the day textile store activities.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Ø Female, 28 to 35 years old, required skills: pleasant, smart and eloquent, has knowledge with cashiering and fashion and sales, must be presentable, fun loving and possess a sunny personality

Ø Preferred skills: customer service oriented with experienced managing the daily operation of a retail department store preferably apparel, clothing and fashion retail operations/bookstore/end high fashion accessories including meeting sales targets, surpassing customer expectations and motivating store personnel. Also, experienced in retail merchandising.

Ø At least eight (8) years working experience in the related field in which a minimum of three (3) years exposure in supervisory capacity is required for this position.

Ø With good leadership command, aggressive, possesses flexibility and can work well in a team with less supervision.

Ø Must have keen fashion sense, inclination towards trends and visual fashion display/ educational materials and inclination on reading.

Ø Good knowledge, understanding and experienced in apparel, clothing and fashion retail operations/bookstore retail operations/high end fashion accessories retail operations and business trends is an essential requirement


*ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER*

Provide administrative and technical support to the Corporate Administration Manager in managing general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, space planning, employee services, proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents and other regulatory policy compliance. Supporting finance in preparation of monthly payroll, ensuring maintenance of information on staff salaries, leave, and allowance and ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations. Generating daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use. Ensuring inventory management, insurance and regular maintenance of all company assets and properties. Will be directly responsible for general services function such as compliance and regulatory, immigration and labor documentation and processing, Liaoning, communication control systems, general utilities, housekeeping, motor and vehicle pool, facility engineering and property management and control

Ø Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/s/College Degree in Behavioral Science or Psychology.

Ø Female, 27 to 30 years old

Ø At least eight (8) years working experience in the related field in which a minimum of two (2) years exposure in supervisory capacity is required for this position, preferably in a retail industry.

Ø With good leadership command, possesses people management skills, intellectual and emotional quotient, flexibility, a team player who can work well in different levels in the organization, analytical, proactive and results and service oriented.


*CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER*

Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company’s marketing events, in collaboration with different store operations. Will also be responsible for building and enhancing customer relationship. Promotes valued added services. Formulates plans, schedules and implements marketing, sales development and/or communication projects. (Example: direct marketing, advertising, press materials, electronics communications, training logistics, graphic design.). Lease with the different key store operations personnel for the timely release of event blocking and final event layout to the store, including proper and complete implementation of event layout in the store. As well provide feedback to store operations regarding event area display, plotting, concessionaire ingress, fixture, item display and stock level

Ø Graduate of Marketing or Management course, 33 to 40 years old, female, creative and innovative

Ø With minimum of ten (10) years experience in retail business development. Able to carry out prompt and efficient customer service, with excellent technical, marketing and financial analysis skills

Ø Knowledgeable in participating/organizing trade shows, events, etc.

Ø Knowledgeable in Adobo Photoshop- latest version, graphic design is an advantage

Ø Has experience in multimedia ads- an advantage

Ø Ability to adapt/react appropriately to any given situation

Ø Ability to lead a team, highly organized, systematic, with sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit to seek and maximize business opportunities and growth.

CORPORATE LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Well- versed on retail merchandise mix, warehouse stocking, consolidation, distribution using computerized inventory control system. Responsible for the the textile and bookstore warehouse and inventory control

Ø With minimum of ten (10) years experience in retail warehousing and inventory control with at least three (3) years in the capacity of Logistics or retail warehouse and inventory control supervisor.

Ø Ability to lead a team, highly organized, systematic, with sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit to seek and maximize business opportunities and growth

For these positions we are requiring:

Ø Female, 33 to 38 years old, associate degree holder would be an advantage.

Ø At least eight (8) years working experience in cutting, sewing and embroidery works. Highly experienced in fashion clothes and bajo kurong cutting.

Ø Completion of secondary education is also accepted provided they have at minimum number of years experience in the same capacity.
